    People

Putting youth at the heart of development

We recognise young people can play an important role in effecting deep community change and through our leadership, apprenticeship and mentorship programs we hope to enact this. By collaborating with individuals, small startups and corporates we create interest-aligned apprenticeships, enhance capacity in relevant job skills, and create vast social networks.

    Data for Action

    Delivering social impact effectively

We collect data on the community to identify the challenges faced, the factors that contribute to these challenges, and the people who are affected. We provide a comprehensive picture of the community to the community and its stakeholders allowing them to make informed decisions and to create better solutions for tomorrow.

    Enabling the Ecosystem

    Catalysing change and harnessing creativity

We break-down silos between NGOs through our cluster system. By bringing NGOs together with a shared vision, we can ensure continuity of care, efficient use of resources and more inclusive programs. We create partnerships with other NGOs, individuals and social entrepreneurs to bring in new innovative solutions and ideas.

    Sustainability

Building the foundation for a better future

We design and execute collaborative projects across the active NGOs in the community. This has resulted in a safe space, adult education program and makerslab. We aim to empower the youth and build NGO capacity to hand ownership to the leaders with guidance of the long standing NGOs.

  • What We Believe

    Our Mission

To build an empowered community that is united to solve pervasive, complex issues and overcome discrimination and marginalization through skill enrichment programming, mobilizing resources, streamlining access to services and opportunities, and advocating for community rights.

    Our Values

    1. Sustainability. We are designed to place the autonomy and volition in the hands we are working with. We give selected and trained community leaders increasing decision making power central to our operations, with the goal of a sustainable and effective hand-over to the community.

    2. Transparency. Fundraising and usage, strategic direction, community mobilization, and partner coordination all require strong bonds of trust. We act with authenticity, honesty, and integrity to strengthen these bonds.

    3. Accountability. Development requires a sincere investment from all stakeholders. We have an ethical and moral responsibility to create an impact in the communities we serve and expect an equal enthusiasm from all involved parties.

    4. Data-driven decision making. We work systematically and smartly, leveraging information to create more targeted and informed decisions.
